Information you choose to send us
When you use an IPN form, we collect the information you provide, such as business name, contact name, email, phone number, and any optional site or card request details. Please do not submit full card numbers, passwords, banking details, or private customer data through website forms.
Website analytics
IPN uses Google Analytics to understand website usage, popular pages, locator activity, form activity, and general engagement. Analytics helps us improve the website and measure whether visitors can find the information they need. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies depending on your browser settings.
Site locator and sharing tools
The IPN locator may use search terms, filters, map interactions, Get Directions clicks, and Share Location clicks to improve the locator experience. If you choose to open directions, your browser or mapping app may send location or routing information to that third-party map provider.
Chatbot features
IPN may offer a website chatbot in the future. If enabled, the chatbot may collect messages you type, selected buttons, feedback, and contact details you choose to provide. Chatbot conversations should not include sensitive card numbers, banking information, passwords, or private customer data.

Third-party services
