Currently, the IPN Network has grown to include 28 high-profile members and 77 locations across North America, with both membership and locations continuing to expand.

In 2023, the assets of the Independent Marketers Network (IPN) were sold to Datanova Cloud Services Inc. This strategic decision was made to ensure the network's continued growth and secure its long-term future.

In 2010, Mark Dikken, president of Kardtech Inc., envisioned the benefits of connecting independent marketers across North America and established a network using proprietary softwares called KardPollPro & FusionPro, which enabled members to share fuel and locations through a growing database.
